The academic progress of all students will be reviewed at the end of each semester by the Academic Progress Review Committee (APRC) in consultation with the Department Chair of the department and program in which students are enrolled.
Based on the results of this review, students may be recognized for academic excellence as follows:
- Students with a semester GPA of 4.00 are placed on the Chancellor’s List.
- Students with a semester GPA of 3.50-3.99 are placed on the Dean’s List.
Only students who take a full credit load per semester (15 university credits or more per term) qualify for the Provost’s and Dean’s Lists. Credits from foundation courses such as Math’s and English are not used in calculating these 15 credits or more load.
