PERFORMANCE BENEFIT EVALUATION OBJECTIVES
- Provide an overview of the process for the evaluation of faculty contributions that will form the basis for awarding of the Performance Benefit.
- Outline the criteria that will form the basis of the evaluation process.
- Provide a flexible framework around which faculty who contribute at all levels in the SOM can be evaluated.
- Structure a system that will enable rapid and beneficial identification and remediation of problem areas.
Criteria are as shown below and as per the Performance Bonus Evaluation Process document. A minimum of Meets expectations for the relevant category is required in order for a bonus to be awarded.
