Behavioral qualities, cognitive skills, participation in Pre-Veterinary medical professional activities, and personal attributes, are all evaluated and must reach acceptable standards before promotion can be considered. Any conduct that can reasonably be seen as disgraceful, dishonorable, or unbecoming will be considered as a major component in the non-academic decision regarding retention and promotion (See University Code of Conduct).
