Recognitions of Achievement

During its end-of-term review, the Office of the Senior Associate Dean identifies students with a high cumulative Weighted Mean Percentage Grade (WMPG). These students are recognized for their achievement with either a Dean's List or Chancellor's List letter of recognition and are promoted to the next term.

Chancellor's List: Cumulative WMPG of 95.00% or higher

Dean's List: Cumulative WMPG of 90.00%–94.99%

WMPG values are not rounded for purposes of determining eligibility for recognition letters.

To qualify for either letter of recognition, a student must also:

  • Complete a full academic term load, as defined by the program;
  • Receive no grades of F (Fail) or I (Incomplete) for the term; and
  • Remain in good academic and professional standing

Official Dean's and Chancellor's Letters of Recognition are issued by the Provost through the Office of the University Registrar two weeks after the conclusion of the term.
