Other mandatory assessments may be outlined in each respective Course Syllabus, e.g. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA), Patient Care Assignments, the Credit Remediation (CR) Final Self-directed Learning Assignment, etc.
Students who do not complete or submit mandatory assessments will receive a zero for the missed assessment and an Incomplete grade for the course. Students must contact the Course Director to arrange to complete or submit the missed assessment. Failure to resolve the missed assessment by the end of term, will result in a failing grade for the course.
