Technical issues can arise and will be classified and handled as follows:
- Resolved technical issue: A log will be kept on all technical problems that a student reports to Examination Services in the venue. For all resolved technical problems the score earned for the examination will stand.
- Excused technical issue: Where technical help cannot be provided successfully, an Irregularity Report should be completed and students should follow the Process of Resolution of Missed Examinations (Unapproved Absences).
