Performance Data Review Team Meeting

Academic Advisors will monitor students' performance during the term after major exams and assignments and advise at-risk students of options for successful completion of the courses or alternatives. During the term, the program will convene meetings of the Performance Data Review Team (PDRT) to monitor students’ progress. This monitoring occurs to support the overall success of students. The PDRT identifies students who may be offered targeted advising and support. Based on its comprehensive review and analysis of academic progress, the PDRT advises and/or makes recommendations for student advising and support to facilitate the progress, promotion, and retention of students in accordance with the established SGS academic standards. At-risk students may be required to meet with their advisors. Failure to participate in mandated advising activities will be deemed as unprofessional behavior and referred to the FPAP.
