Berrycroft Community Health Centre (BCHC) is a thriving healthcare centre that emerged from the 2022 merger of Berryfields Medical Centre and Meadowcroft Surgery, combining the strengths of two well-established local teams in Aylesbury. We operate as a limited company, so instead of Partners, we have a team of Doctors as our Directors overseeing the organisation. In addition, we have associate directors with management roles and several skilled salaried GPs contributing to our patient care.
Berrycroft provides care for over 28,000 patients, and we’re growing every day. We are part of the Aylesbury Central Primary Care Network (PCN) which also includes Whitehill surgery. Through the PCN, we work alongside PCN pharmacists, first-contact practitioners, social prescribers and community midwives who run regular clinics on-site. Our extended team includes health visitors, palliative care nurses and social workers with whom we hold regular meetings to coordinate patient care.
