Students will be notified in writing of any change in their SAP standing that may impact Title IV eligibility.

Terms 1–5:

Students failing to meet any of the SAP standards will be placed on a one-term Financial Aid Warning and will remain eligible to receive federal financial aid for the term. If SAP standards are not met by the end of the warning term, students will no longer be eligible for federal financial aid unless they file an appeal, and it is approved.

Terms 6-10:

Students failing to meet any of the SAP standards will be ineligible for federal financial aid unless they file an appeal, and it is approved. Clinical students who are recommended for dismissal may have pending aid disbursements on Hold until an appeal decision is rendered. Once an appeal is granted, the hold will be removed, and aid will disburse according to the student’s clinical schedule.
