Healthcare Delivery
The Master of Science in Healthcare Delivery is designed to provide practicing healthcare professionals with advanced knowledge of core administrative and leadership competencies across the essential areas of healthcare practice. The core knowledge and competencies to be honed in this program include: improving health care quality and patient safety, including providing patient-centered care; working in interdisciplinary teams; employing healthcare best practices; and applying tools for continuous quality improvement. The MSc in Healthcare Delivery program includes courses in management, bioinformatics, finance, patient safety, and quality improvement.
Healthcare Finance
This course presents a broad overview of health care finance but focuses on tasks that are essential to the management of clinical services, including estimating revenues, costs and profits, planning and budgeting, analyzing capital investment decisions, and using metrics to monitor operations.
